Auto Court Button

The Auto Court Feature allows you to set up Court parameters based on Zip Code, County Codes and/or balance range to automatically assign the court for each claim.

Click on the Button to review settings for Auto Court:

Select from the following options:

No Auto Court Assignment - Will turn off the ability to assign courts automatically for claims under this client.
Add Court By Debtor Zip - Will use the Debtor's Zip code to match with the Court Code Zip Settings to assigned the proper courts.
Add Court By Debtor County - Will use the Debtor's County Code to match with the Court Code County Code Settings to assign the proper courts.
Add Court By Client/Plaintiff - Will use the Client/Plaintiff's Zip Code to match with the Court Code Zip Code Settings to assign the proper courts.
Add Court By Client/Plaintiff - Will use the Client/Plaintiff's County Code to match the Court Code County Code Settings to assign the proper courts.

Note: If using County to assign the court codes, the Debtor/Client/Plaintiff must use the county codes and not manually typed counties or the process will not work.
